Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your User Account being suspended until such verification is complete.
Each User is entitled to have one (1) User Account only. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or locations for a single individual is not allowed and may lead to account restrictions, closure of the User Accounts in question without prior notice, and/or other action at Red Deer Bingo's discretion.
Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and secrecy of their User Login credentials (including username and password). If your login information has been compromised or if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our Customer Support immediately. However, Red Deer Bingo will not be liable under any circumstances for losses arising from misuse of passwords.
Any bonuses or promotions offered by the Platform are subject to change without notice at Red Deer Bingo's discretion. Users can withdraw their bonus money only after fulfilling all requirements specified in each promotion. In case a User fails to comply with such requirements, they shall forfeit their right to receive any winnings arising from participating in this offer.
The minimum wagering amount for playing games on the Platform is as set out in our website’s ‘Game Rules’ section or otherwise specified by us via various communication channels.
